Occasionally, there may be a need to transfer someone's data to a different Account Holder. For example, if you are a clinician working with a client who is moving to another location, you may want to transfer the client's information to their new clinician.

On the Summary page for an individual, click on the “Transfer” text to switch the account to someone else. You will be prompted to enter the email address of the person to be sent the information. This person must already have a Realize Language account. You cannot transfer to anyone outside the Realize Language system.
